Animation showing how diabetes illness works

Diabetes Mellitus is a syndrome characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from impaired insulin secretion and /or effectiveness. There are many complications of diabetes such as retinopathy, nephropathy, atherosclerotic coronary and peripheral arterial disease and peripheral and autonomic neuropathies. There are two types of diabetes IDDM (type: insulin Dependent) and NIDDM (type II: Non insulin dependent DM).

Diabetes is called Xiao Ke in Chinese Medicine. It is believed there are three major organs involved in the disease. They are the lungs, stomach and kidney organs. There are three types (patterns) Xiao Ke (diabetes) classified by Chinese Medicine according to the patient's clinical symptoms, pulse and tongue and which organs are mainly involved

What causes Xiao Ke (diabetes) in the Chinese Medicine point of view? It is believed that people who indulged in alcohol and sweet and/or greasy foods and have an irregular, unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle are prone to develop Xiao Ke diseases. This lifestyle easily consumes and blocks the body's energy. Once the body's energy is blocked, there is stagnation and eventually, toxic heat will be generated. The toxic heat will further consume the vital organ's fluid and cause organ malfunction and disharmony. The lung organ, spleen and kidney have not been in harmony for a long time before Xiao Ke (diabetes) develops.

The first step to treating and/or preventing diabetes is to start with exercising regularly and food therapy such as the Chinese diet therapy (Chinese Yao Shan.) Recently research indicates that our muscles transport blood glucose into the muscle cells to lower blood sugar level without the need of insulin during muscle exercise. That is the reason exercise is important in preventing diabetes and helping to control blood sugar. The increased circulation prevents and helps in delaying any degenerating complication such as neuropathy.

Pharmaceutical adherence packaging machines Healthcare Packing machine blister card machine

Pharmaceutical adherence packaging machines,third-generation pharmaceutical Blister Card Folder/Wallet Card machines

,

emphasize modular stations and devices for flexibility and product changeover.
Blister packs are commonly used as unit-dose packaging for pharmaceutical tablets, capsules or lozenges. Blister packs can provide barrier protection for shelf life requirements, and a degree of tamper resistance. In the USA, blister packs are mainly used for packing physician samples of drug products, or for Over The Counter (OTC) products in the pharmacy.

In other parts of the world, blister packs are the main packaging type since pharmacy dispensing and re-packaging are not common. A series of blister cavities is sometimes called a blister card or blister strip as well as blister pack. The difference between a strip pack and blister pack is that a strip pack doesn't have thermo-formed or cold formed cavities; the strip pack is formed around the tablet at a time when it is dropped to the sealing area between sealing moulds.

In some parts of the world the pharmaceutical blister pack is known as a Push-Through-Pack (PTP), an accurate description of two key properties

(i) the lidding foil is brittle allowing to press the product out while breaking the lidding foil.

(ii) a semi-rigid formed cavity being sufficiently collapsable to be able to dispense the tablet or capsule by means of pressing it out with your thumb.

The main advantages of unit-dose blister packs over other methods of packing pharmaceutical products are the assurance of product/packaging integrity (including shelflife) of each individual dose and the possibility to create a compliance pack or calendar pack by printing the days of the week above each dose. Blister packs are created by means of a form-fill-seal process at the pharmaceutical company or designated contract packer.

A form-fill-seal process means that the blister pack is created from rolls of flat sheet or film, filled with the pharmaceutical product and closed (sealed) on the same equipment. Such equipment is called a blisterline. There are two types of blister machine's design: rotary and flat-plate.

Youtube Video of Explanation on blending homogenizing cooling water processing of tilting vacuum mixing machine

The clip of this machine operation video offers the explanation on blending homogenizing cooling water processing of vacuum homogenizing mixing machine

.On the spot our USA customers attend for it and feedback positively.

Homogenization requires the ingredients to be processed until of a uniform globule or particle size. For most products, including creams, ointments, sauces, flavoring emulsions and pharmaceutical suspensions, this requires a globule or droplet size in the range of 2 -- 5 microns.

This can be achieved using a LIANHE

Mixer Homogenizer

. The precision machined LIANHE workhead generates exceptionally high shear rates in a three stage mixing/homogenizing process; The high speed rotor draws materials into the workhead where they are intensely mixed. Centrifugal force then drives the materials to the periphery of the workhead and subjects them to mechanical shear in the precision gap between the rotor and stator. This is followed by intense hydraulic shear, as the product is forced through the stator screen at high velocity and circulated back into the mix. Fresh material is continually drawn into the workhead, progressively reducing globule or particle size and quickly resulting in a homogeneous, uniform product.

How to Know Vacuum emulsion mixers from LIANHE

Vacuum emulsion mixers from LIANHE&Homogenisierung-Emulgiermaschine für Kosmetikum und Lebensmittel

The Vacuum homogenizing emulsifiers from Guangzhou lianhe can be classified into two kinds: tilting vacuum mixer and fixed vacuum mixer.

it is differentiated thus as below:
The

tilting vacuum mixer

can be poured out the final products by rotating the handle of main tank, then the processed products will be directly deducted into the storage tank; while the fixed vacuum mixer only is without the handle, thus which decides that it cannot tilt the main tank .Instead its output of final products is finised by either directly from the main tank by the manual distribution or pumped out by the motor to another storage tank.Generally speaking the tilting one is more advanced but it has the requirement for the height of a plant. The fixed

vacuum emulsifying machine

however necessiates no the certain height of the factory.

With Regarding to the application thevacuum homogenizer from Guangzhou Lianhe can be widely applied for the food&cosmetic&pharma processing and production steps. Not only can we lianhe supply the making machine for these fieds ,but also the packaging and filling machine for finishing the whole circle of production.
The capacity of our mixers vary from 5L to 5000L,for the small volume one like 5L/10/20L these often are adopted by the laboratory reserch and design the formula, the machines offered another name-----high dispersing homogenizer. For the machine above 50L it is often used to produce the products related in the massive production like the shampoo/lotion/cream/Mayonnaise and so on.

Clear Explanation on what is the Mixing tank(also blending mixer) or Tanque de Mezclado

A mixing tank (blending mixer) is a container that is used to blend several components together. The material that a mixing tank is made of can range from plastic, glass or hard rubber to steel of all types. Stainless steel is often used in the creation of a mixing tank due to the ease of clean-up as well as the smooth surface of the product. Copper is sometimes used in the making of a mixing tank; however, due to copper's tendency to react adversely to certain chemicals, it is used only in moderation.

In most manufacturing facilities, the use of a mixing tank to prepare materials that will be used in production is common. Large containers of raw materials are placed into a large mixing tank and are blended into a smooth mix that can be used to produce a plethora of materials. In a bakery environment, a mixing tank might contain flour, yeast and water, all of which were taken in specific amounts from smaller bins and placed into the larger tank to be mixed.
Many mixing tanks utilize a mixer or heater system to blend materials together. Some of these tanks resemble large cement mixers with paddles affixed to the sides of the tank. The paddles lift the ingredients out of the bottom of the tank and dump them back in from the top of the tank as it rotates. Other types of mixers resemble large beaters much like the beaters used in a hand mixer. The beaters spin the ingredients together and whip air into the mix.

Group Blending Tank

Those tanks relegated to liquid mixing only typically have plumbing lines routed to and from the mixing tank. As liquid ingredients are needed, they are piped directly into the tank. As the liquids are mixed to the proper consistency, they are taken from the tank to the next station through a pipeline attached to the bottom of the tanks. Many of these tanks are self-cleaning by piping fresh water in through a permanently-affixed pipe. These pipes are usually vacuum-operated from a remote motor or system located in a central location to all of the mixing tanks.

Many chemicals cannot be stored together due to their reaction when mixed. By storing the chemicals in separate containers and combining them in a mixing tank when ready to use, the manufacturer is able to buy a large amount of each ingredient without having to contend with dangerous chemical reactions. This creates a safer environment for workers as well as cost savings for the manufacturer.

We are experienced in the cosmetic making machines with professional engineers. As we all know that different products have different requirements, we can recommend you the suitable machine and model according to your specification , if you are interested in the
