Yoga exercise for men's sex health Besserer Sex durch Yoga Yoga-Übungen fuer Männer

Yoga can give you greater flexibility, better muscle tone, can help you to release stress, and set you on a path to explore your spirituality.

But can it really give you better sex? Yes it can. Yoga offers many benefits that can help you in your love life. It could be by improving your confidence, physical fitness and also calming the mind. When we are relaxed and focused then pleasure takes on a whole new meaning.
Sex and yoga are both part of a healthy and happy life. Knowing this gives you another great reason to roll out the mat. Here are the major ways that yoga can help you in this area:
1. Sensuality. Sex and Yoga both benefit. from an awareness of your body and how it feels from one moment to the next. Learning to feel and adjust to the smallest sensations during yoga practice teaches you to savor all the sensation in your body. This awareness is carried over into your daily life and yes into the bedroom too. This awareness helps with the focus towards your body, but also takes the focus away from your mind and the things your worry about. Free from your stresses you can completely enjoy everything happening between the sheets.

2. Increased Confidence. A recent study shows that people who practice yoga gain less weight as they age than people who do not do yoga at all. And while feeling more fit is an undeniable turn-on, with a more fit body we also become more confident, and with more confidence we are more able to approach and attract members of the opposite sex (and you need that for the whole thing to take place).
3. More Energy. Raise your hand if you have ever felt the stirrings of arousal but were so tired you opted for bed instead (I know my hand went up on this question, when I realized the connection between sex and yoga it took me to a whole new level in both areas). A recent survey by the National Sleep Foundation, showed that one third of women say being to tiered makes them feel like not having sex. A 2004 clinical study at Harvard Medical School showed that yoga greatly improved sleep quality for chronic insomniacs. It is a simple exercise to connect the dots: practice yoga, sleep better, have more sex. (sex and yoga have another match)

4. Yoga improves Intimacy. By becoming more in touch with ourselves physically (you know what I mean) we become more in touch with ourselves emotionally and mentally, this is also carried over onto our lives and into the bedroom as well, we become more connected and sensitive to our partners, and that 9 times out of 10 gets reciprocated..
5. Better Orgasms are another nice benefit. On a physical level, many yoga poses increase blood flow to the pelvis. In our world of work and stress, the muscles that run through the pelvis are chronically constricted. There are many yoga poses which strengthen the muscles that play an integral role in orgasm. Here is where sex and yoga are a very nice match.

Long-term yoga practitioners in the United States have reported musculoskeletal and mental health improvements, as well as reduced symptoms of asthma in asthmatics. Regular yoga practice increases brain GABA levels and has been shown to improve mood and anxiety more than some other metabolically matched exercises, such as walking. The three main focuses of Hatha yoga (exercise, breathing, and meditation) make it beneficial to those suffering from heart disease. Overall, studies of the effects of yoga on heart disease suggest that yoga may reduce high blood pressure, improve symptoms of heart failure, enhance cardiac rehabilitation, and lower cardiovascular risk factors. For chronic low back pain, specialist Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs has been found 30% more beneficial than usual care alone in a UK clinical trial. Other smaller studies support this finding. The Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs programme is the dominant treatment for society (both cheaper and more effective than usual care alone) due to 8.5 fewer days off work each year.A research group from Boston University School of Medicine also tested yoga's effects on lower back pain. Over twelve weeks, one group of volunteers practiced yoga while the control group continued with standard treatment for back pain. The reported pain for yoga participants decreased by one third, while the standard treatment group had only a five percent drop. Yoga participants also had a drop of 80% in pain medication use

Animation showing how diabetes illness works

Diabetes Mellitus is a syndrome characterized by hyperglycemia resulting from impaired insulin secretion and /or effectiveness. There are many complications of diabetes such as retinopathy, nephropathy, atherosclerotic coronary and peripheral arterial disease and peripheral and autonomic neuropathies. There are two types of diabetes IDDM (type: insulin Dependent) and NIDDM (type II: Non insulin dependent DM).

Diabetes is called Xiao Ke in Chinese Medicine. It is believed there are three major organs involved in the disease. They are the lungs, stomach and kidney organs. There are three types (patterns) Xiao Ke (diabetes) classified by Chinese Medicine according to the patient's clinical symptoms, pulse and tongue and which organs are mainly involved

What causes Xiao Ke (diabetes) in the Chinese Medicine point of view? It is believed that people who indulged in alcohol and sweet and/or greasy foods and have an irregular, unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle are prone to develop Xiao Ke diseases. This lifestyle easily consumes and blocks the body's energy. Once the body's energy is blocked, there is stagnation and eventually, toxic heat will be generated. The toxic heat will further consume the vital organ's fluid and cause organ malfunction and disharmony. The lung organ, spleen and kidney have not been in harmony for a long time before Xiao Ke (diabetes) develops.

The first step to treating and/or preventing diabetes is to start with exercising regularly and food therapy such as the Chinese diet therapy (Chinese Yao Shan.) Recently research indicates that our muscles transport blood glucose into the muscle cells to lower blood sugar level without the need of insulin during muscle exercise. That is the reason exercise is important in preventing diabetes and helping to control blood sugar. The increased circulation prevents and helps in delaying any degenerating complication such as neuropathy.

abnormal heart rhythm disorder tachycardia 異常な心臓のリズム障害 頻脈

Tachycardia refers to an abnormally fast resting heart rate - usually at least 100 beats per minute. The threshold of a normal heart rate (pulse) is generally based on the person's age. Tachycardia can be dangerous; depending on how hard the heart has to work.

In general, the adult resting heart beats between 60 and 100 times per minute (some doctors place the healthy limit at 90, so some of them may diagnose tachycardia at slightly lower than 100 beats per second). When an individual has tachycardia the upper or lower chambers of the heart beat significantly faster - sometimes this happens to both chambers.

When the heart beats too rapidly, it pumps less efficiently and blood flow to the rest of the body, including the heart itself is reduced. The higher-than-normal heartbeat means there is an increase in demand for oxygen by the myocardium (heart muscle) - if this persists it can lead to myocardial infarction (heart attack), caused by the dying off of oxygen-starved myocardial cells.

Some patients with tachycardia may have no symptoms or complications. Tachycardia significantly increases the risk of stroke, sudden cardiac arrest or death.

Our heart rates are controlled by electrical signals which are sent across heart tissues. When the heart produces rapid electrical signals tachycardia occurs.

green tea lowers heart disease risk 緑茶には、心臓病のリスクを低減

Green tea

is made from the leaves from Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originates in China, but it has become associated with many cultures throughout Asia. Green tea has recently become more widespread in the West, where black tea has been the traditionally consumed tea. Green tea has become the raw material for extracts which are used in various beverages, health foods, dietary supplements, and cosmetic items. Many varieties of green tea have been created in the countries where it is grown. These varieties can differ substantially due to variable growing conditions, horticulture, production processing, and harvesting time.

Over the last few decades green tea has been subjected to many scientific and medical studies to determine the extent of its long-purported health benefits, with some evidence suggesting that regular green tea drinkers may have a lower risk of developing heart disease and certain types of cancer. Although green tea does not raise the metabolic rate enough to produce immediate weight loss, a green tea extract containing polyphenols and caffeine has been shown to induce thermogenesis and stimulate fat oxidation, boosting the metabolic rate 4% without increasing the heart rate.

The mean content of flavonoids in a cup of green tea is higher than that in the same volume of other food and drink items that are traditionally considered of health contributing nature, including fresh fruits, vegetable juices or wine.Flavonoids are a group of phytochemicals present in most plant products that are responsible for health effects such as anti-oxidative and anticarcinogenic functions. However, the content of flavonoids may vary dramatically amongst different tea products

China New Generation of Leaders Xi Jinping Li Keqiang "ELECTED" on March 2013

With photos of China's new president, premier and top legislator shaking hands with their respective predecessors appearing on front pages

China has completed the largest transition of state leadership to take place in the last decade, ushering in a new era.

Xi Jinping, head of the Communist Party of China (CPC), was elected state president and chairman of the country's Central Military Commission (CMC) Thursday at an annual parliamentary session held in Beijing.

Xi's nomination of Li Keqiang as the premier of the State Council, China's cabinet, was approved one day later by nearly 3,000 deputies to the National People's Congress (NPC).

Meanwhile, deputies representing over 1.3 billion people elected leaders and members of the NPC Standing Committee, as well as the state vice president, CMC vice presidents, and heads of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the country's top political advisory body, has also elected its new leadership.

Cheng Li, director of research at the John L. Thornton China Center of the Brookings Institution, said the formation of a new state leadership concludes a once-a-decade power transfer that was initiated at the CPC national congress held on November.

The CPC congress elected a new Central Committee, which then elected a new top CPC leadership, including Xi as its general secretary and its central military commission chairman.

Sun Xianzhong, an NPC deputy and legal scholar who cast ballots at the session, described the leadership change as "steady and transparent."

Analysts say the new leadership, which is now overseeing the world's most populous country and the second-largest economy, is a team that will take China to a higher level of development.

Because they have grass-roots working experience, "they know the national condition from first-hand experience and can feel the people's needs," Sun said.

According to Li, the new leadership is diverse. They come from different political parties with different academic backgrounds. Some of them even have overseas education experience.

Moreover, analysts say the completion of the leadership transition shows that the CPC has made another significant step in achieving the institutionalization and standardization of the transfer of power.

Modern society is a sad state that produces many over-processed livers. When we overeat or eat processed or fried foods, and, anytime we are exposed to environmental pollutants or stress, the liver becomes overworked and overloaded. When the liver is taxed, it can't process toxins and fat in an efficient way. There are many foods that can help cleanse the liver naturally by stimulating its natural ability to clean toxic waste from the body.

In the past, I have discussed my favorite cleansing foods. This list is a little more specific and focuses mainly on foods that can help cleanse your liver. In addition to taking a liver-cleansing supplement, and performing at least two liver and gallbladder cleanses per year, eating the following foods is the best way to keep your liver healthy and functioning the way you need it to. I would encourage you to incorporate these liver cleanse foods into your weekly diet.

1. Garlic

Just a small amount of this pungent white bulb has the ability to activate liver enzymes that help your body flush out toxins. Garlic also holds high amounts of allicin and selenium, two natural compounds that aid in liver cleansing.

2. Grapefruit

High in both vitamin C and antioxidants, grapefruit increases the natural cleansing processes of the liver. A small glass of freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice will help boost production of the liver detoxification enzymes that help flush out carcinogens and other toxins.

3. Beets and Carrots

Both are extremely high in plant-flavonoids and beta-carotene; eating beets and carrots can help stimulate and improve overall liver function.

4. Green Tea

This liver-loving beverage is full of plant antioxidants known as catechins, a compound known to assist liver function. Green tea is not only delicious, it's also a great way to improve your overall diet. Learn more about the benefits of green tea.

5. Leafy Green Vegetables

One of our most powerful allies in cleansing the liver, leafy greens can be eaten raw, cooked, or juiced. Extremely high in plant chlorophylls, greens suck up environmental toxins from the blood stream. With their distinct ability to neutralize heavy metals, chemicals and pesticides, these cleansing foods offer a powerful protective mechanism for the liver.

Try incorporating leafy greens such as bitter gourd, arugula, dandelion greens, spinach, mustard greens, and chicory into your diet. This will help increase the creation and flow of bile, the substance that removes waste from the organs and blood.

6. Avocados

This nutrient-dense super-food helps the body produce glutathione, a compound that is necessary for the liver to cleanse harmful toxins.

7. Apples

High in pectin, apples hold the chemical constituents necessary for the body to cleanse and release toxins from the digestive tract. This, in turn, makes it easier for the liver to handle the toxic load during the cleansing process.

8. Olive Oil

Cold-pressed organic oils such as olive, hemp and flax-seed are great for the liver, when used in moderation. They help the body by providing a lipid base that can suck up harmful toxins in the body. In this way, it takes some of the burden off the liver in terms of the toxic overload many of us suffer from.

9. Whole Grains

Grains, such as brown rice, are rich in B-complex vitamins which are nutrients known to improve overall fat metabolization, liver function and liver decongestion. If possible, do not eat foods with white flour, instead try eating whole wheat alternatives.

10. Cruciferous Vegetables

Eating broccoli and cauliflower will increase the amount of glucosinolate in your system, adding to enzyme production in the liver. These natural enzymes help flush out carcinogens, and other toxins, out of our body which may significantly lower risks associated with cancer.

Tips For Doing a Liver Cleanse

Other liver cleanse foods not listed above include artichoke, asparagus, kale, and brussel sprouts. Eating the foods listed above is a great way to help keep your liver functioning properly. However, for best results, I recommend performing a liver cleanse. Performing a liver cleanse at least twice a year will eliminate any foreign substances that may be trapped in your liver.

SMOKING IS CALL FROM UNDERWORLD!

health food diet culinary like fruit vegetable&meat gesunde Ernährung Lebensmittel fuer Mensch

Healthy eating and diet like fruit vegetable&meat gesunde Ernährung Lebensmittel fuer Mensch from professional video in the channal health medicine as well as sports.

Everyone wants to be healthy, and that's a fact. Now in these days of glorious burgers and fries,

how can you maintain being fit and healthy? The answer still is the same since time immemorial. Good food, exercise, and a healthy lifestyle. Yeah still these stuff are the three kings, but how do you define good health food anyway? Here are a few tips that will help ya.
•All natural food is healthy. Taken in moderation, non-processed foods are good for your body. But don't take the misconception that processed foods are bad. Because they aren't bad either, when taken in moderation that is. So the secret lies in control of food intake, as whether your food is bad or good depends primarily on how you control it.

Green Leaves Vegetable

•The food you should take is in complimentary to your level and kind of activity. Did you know that your brain only accepts sugars, primarily glucose as it's source of energy? Contrary to the heart and muscle cells, which can utilize fatty acids as its energy source, your brain is very picky to what it takes. Hence if your work is all about thinking and using your brain, you should eat more carb and less fatty foods. As you won't be able to utilize fats and they'll likely get stored in your body. On the other hand, if your work is all about muscles, then you're welcome to have a higher portion of fats in your diet.

Healthy diet in your hand

•Not all fats are equal. Just like how not all people are equal, there are also differences with the kinds of fats. The two primary groups of fats are named the 'saturated' (chemically speaking, they're those that doesn't have double bonds in their structure) and the 'unsaturated' (those with double bonds in their chemical structure).

When going for fatty foods, you might want to look for unsaturated fats because these are the ones healthier. Saturated fats account for most of the deadly diseases as these fats tend to clump up and stick together thus blocking blood vessel pathways.

Basically, fats that come from animal sources have high ration of saturated-to-unsaturated hence they should be taken in moderation. Beef fat has the highest while fish fats have more unsaturated fats. Those coming from plant sources tend to be in the middle in terms of this ratio.
